Jason Pagan, ASA/CPA/ABV/CFF

Jason Pagan has been actively involved in the business valuation profession since 2011. Jason is instrumental in appraising merger & acquisition candidates and providing valuation consulting in buy/sell transactions of various privately held businesses.

Prior to joining GCF Valuation, Jason held a forensic accountant role with a top 15 nationally ranked accounting firm focusing on business valuation, litigation support and complex tax matters. Jason started his career in the assurance department at one of the “Big Four” accounting firms. He is a Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) granted through American Society of Appraisers, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) granted by the State of Florida, Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) through the AICPA.

Jason holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Wagner College.
